Band who helped raise money for Sandbach charity appeal play in Alsager this weekend

A band who helped raise funds for Sandbach's outgoing mayor is getting ready to play at Alsager Music Festival this weekend.

Grey Murray and The Seven Wonders are appearing at Saturday's Alsager Music Festival at 12 noon on Stath's Stage.

The band, headlined by teacher and musician, Greg Murray, played at a fundraising gig for raise money for outgoing mayor, Cllr Price Jones's North West Air Ambulance Charity appeal last month.

Now they are switching towns and playing at nearby Alsager opening the line-up in what promises to be an amazing day.  

Music kicks off with Grey Murray and the Seven Wonders on Stath's Stage, , Muddy Elephant in The Marquee, Jimi the Hat on the Concrete Stage and Olivia Lindblad in The Sunken Garden.

Nine hours later later the party comes to a close with everyone up and dancing to the classic rock of Double Denim

In between those times, you can expect pretty much anything and everything musically, so don't miss out.
