Sandbach Art Room is throwing its doors open for an open day

Sandbach Art Room in Bradwall Road is throwing open its doors on Friday (July 15th) for an open day.

The popular facility, which runs a host of classes, was chosen as one of the chosen charities for Sandbach Mayor, Cllr Kathryn Flavell, this year.

Now local residents can sample a range of activities on show at the popular facility from art journalling to knitting, sewing and painting.

Now the art room is inviting people to come along and see what is on offer at the organisation housed on the old RBS building in Bradwall Road.

The event will run from 10am until 4pm and local residents are being invited go along and see what's on offer.

A spokesperson said "We are running a full weekly timetable of new classes, both in the day and at night-time, for all ages so why not have a look at the timetable and try a new hobby with like- minded people?

"We also have a small shop where local artists sell their handmade goods, so if you are on the look-out for a special present, a one off, this is the place to come.
