A Sandbach landmark building has officially re-opened with 12 new stylish apartments – a year after its new owners started the project.

Cheshire-based Premier Living Group started transforming the former building society and solicitors' office into apartments last March.

Now the building has a new use – as top-of-the-range apartments with views over the town centre.

The building, once the home of Sandbach Building Society and latterly offices for various businesses, has been transformed into ten one bedroom and two two-bedroom high end apartments available for rental.

Sandbach Nub News told here how the building was once the home of the Sandbach branch of Beeston Shenton solicitors.

Now transformed into stylish apartments, each is fully furnished in a modern style with fitted kitchens and allocated parking for all tenants and as an extra, fibre broadband is also included.

Sam Brown, Premier Living Group co-owner, said: "The finish of the apartments has exceeded our original expectations – modernising the windows in particular has made a marked difference both internally and externally.

"Twinned with a fantastic central location, we are sure it will prove to be a great place to live for many years to come.'

There are still a few apartments available to rent, if you are looking in the area, please call Premier Living Group direct on 01270 618550 for more details. The company's website is here

Premier Living Group owners, Sam Brown and Matt Peddle, continue to look for more tired buildings across Crewe, Sandbach and Nantwich to repurpose or rejuvenate.

"We would be delighted to discuss any potential opportunities with fellow landlords or owners of commercial properties in the area," they said.
