A local independent property expert business with offices in Sandbach has won the UK Estate Agent of the Year award - honouring successful property companies in 2022.

This June, Stephenson Browne, with offices in High Street, was recognised for setting exemplary standards in property sales and lettings, rental management, and customer service in 2022.

UK Property Awards handed Stephenson Browne the title of UK Estate Agent of the Year 2022.

The local estate agency with branches in nearby Sandbach, Alsager, Congleton and Newcastle-under-Lyme has risen through the ranks after being established in 1999.

Stephenson Browne also secured nominations for Best Mid-Sized Estate Agent, Best Small Estate Agent, Best Regional Estate Agent, and Best Workplace Award.

Business Awards UK said the company's commitment to excellence and its ability to cater to diverse markets has "propelled them towards success."

"They recognise the remarkable achievements and ground-breaking innovations within the property sector in both technology and customer relationship management.
