Music licence applied for multiple places across Sandbach

Multiple locations in central Sandbach could be about to get more groovy.

This is according to the latest premises licence application on the Cheshire East Council website, with four locations all close to each other hoping to benefit from live or recorded music.

It reads:

"NOTICE is hereby given that we, The Sandbach Festival of Transport Committee have applied on 15th March 2023 to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as The Square, The Large Commons, The Small Commons and Sandbach Park for a Premises Licence to provide the following licensable activities:

  • For 22nd April 2023 & 23rd April 2023 only in line with the Sandbach Festival of Transport: Live Music - Outdoors Saturday 13.00 to 22.00, Sunday 12.00 to 16.00
  • Recorded Music – Outdoors Saturday 13.00 to 22.00, Sunday 12.00 to 16.00
  • Performance of Dance - Outdoors Saturday 13.00 to 22.00, Sunday 12.00 to 16.00

Representations shall be made in writing to the below address on or before the following date: 12 April 2023."
