UPDATE: Jannette has been found safe and well.

Police are appealing for help from the public in locating a missing woman from Sandbach.

Jannette Bourne was last seen in the Hassall Road area of Sandbach at around 10.50am on yesterday (Sunday 19 April).

The 68-year-old is described as 5' 4" tall, with short grey/brown hair and was seen wearing a light-coloured t-shirt, dark trousers and white Crocs.

Inspector James Bell said: "We currently have officers out searching for Jannette and are becoming increasingly concerned for her as she has not been seen in around 24 hours.

"We would ask anyone who believes they have seen her or has any other information as to her whereabouts to please contact us.

"We'd also ask people living in the area to check any CCTV, video doorbell or dashcam footage to see if it may have captured her.
