Detectives are appealing for footage and information following a burglary at a house in Hassall Green.

Between 2.30pm and 6.30pm on Monday, September 12th, a property on The Paddock was broken into.

An untidy search was made of the address and a quantity of jewellery and cash was taken.

Police are now appealing for anyone who may have information to come forward.

Detective Constable Ben Harrington said: "Several enquiries have been underway including house to house and CCTV since the incident was reported to us.

"As part of these enquiries, we are now appealing to those in the wider area who may have CCTV or dashcam footage around the time of the incident that may assist us in locating those responsible.

"The same goes to anyone who may have seen something that didn't look quite right or even something that may have seemed insignificant at the time.

"Any information, no matter how big or small, could help us bring the offenders to justice."

Anyone with information is urged to contact Cheshire Police via https://www.cheshire.police.uk/police-forces/cheshire-constabulary/areas/cheshire/about-us/about-us/provide-more-information-about-an-appeal/ quoting IML 1365403 or call 101.

Information can also be passed on to Crimestoppers, anonymously, via https://crimestoppers-uk.org/give-information/forms/give-information-anonymously or call 0800 555 111.
