Preparations in full swing for village's annual fundraising event this weekend

A village near Sandbach is gearing up for its annual fundraising event which draws visitors from far and wide.

Warmingham Wakes takes place on Saturday (May 4th) from 1.30 pm when the Wakes will be opened and the May Queen crowned.

There is a dog show planned with nine classes, raffle, tombola, tea tent, Pimms tent, children's rides and the famous duck race down the river.
