Sandbach's world-famous Foden's Band is appearing at the Elgar International Festival of Brass. 

They will be opening the International Festival of Bands, which takes place on June 16th at Routh Hall in Worcestershire and features the UK's finest bands. 

Foden's is one of three bands playing at the event - the other two bands are Brighouse & Rastrick band and The Cory Band. 

Foden's has several key events coming up including an appearance at Sandbach School's Spring concert on Thursday (March 28th). 

Foden's Band, whose website is here, is based at Bradwall Village Hall near Sandbach where they rehearse.
