An award-winning domiciliary care and support company has invested in a cutting edge piece of equipment to ensure their clients remain in the best of health. 

Right at Home South Cheshire, which covers a range of areas from Sandbach, to Alsager, Congleton, Nantwich and Crewe, has invested in the Whzan 'Blue Box'. 

The blue box will mean CareGivers can remotely monitor a minimum of vital signs, activity and NEWS2 to alert them to any warning signs which need investigating. 

The NEWS2 readings monitor such things as blood oxygen, blood pressure, pulse and respiration which then give a reading score and a clinical risk of Low, Medium or High.

Right at Home South Cheshire's managing director, Ben Selby said: "This equipment will continue to help us provide the best quality care to clients and will show if there are any underlying health issues. 

"It's an amazing bit of kit and we're excited to have it. In a nutshell, it will help us to keep clients at home where they want to be and out of hospital and will allow us to improve the care we provide to our clients.
