Meet two of the faces at award-winning care company, Right at Home South Cheshire

Care is at the heart of everything which employees at Right at Home South Cheshire do whatever role they hold.
Managing director, Ben Selby, set up Right at Home South Cheshire in 2016 due to a passion for providing high-quality care at home.
In this article, we meet two of his employees - head of care, Tina Malam, and community engagement and marketing manager, Tilly Vickers.
Tina, 39, has a wealth of experience working in a range of settings from a nursing home dementia unit to providing extra care for independent living.
She is Head of Care at Right at Home South Cheshire, joining in June last year. Tina brings a great deal of experience and ensures Right at Home South Cheshire delivers the higest standard of care possible.
Tina has a wealth of knowledge within the Health and Social Care sector. She has worked in adult services for over 23 yeas, holds an NVQ Level 2&3 in Health and Social Care and has completed a Diploma Level 5 in Leadership Management for Children and Adult Services.
Along with her knowledge, Tina also has a spread of experience, working in various roles such as Care Prodessional, Senior Deputy Care Manager, Service Manager and Registered Manager.
She said: "Once you get to know me, I am sure you will come to realise I am in care because I care."
In her spare time, she enjoys watching football and spending quality time with her children and husband.
"Right at Home South Cheshire has a very welcoming team and I'm delighted to be working with them. It's an exciting company and I love my job," Tina added.
Meanwhile, Tilly Vickers, 20, has been appointed community engagement and marketing manager.
The former Malbank School student joined Right at Home South Cheshire in April 2024, having completed three 'A' Levels and loves her role.
"I enjoy meeting new people and getting our message out across Social Media and other channels," said Tilly. "I love attending events such as the Senior Social Cafe in Nantwich and the bereavement group we hold in Sandbach.
"I like seeing the impact we have on everyone from our clients to our Care Professionals. It's a fantastic role and I'm enjoying every minute of it."
Tilly gets involved with writing and editing the website, blog and working with partners plus a host of other things.
