Friday, January 26th

Fancy some Italian food? SiSi Italian, which launched recently, see our story here, has its weekly slot at Sandbach Cricket Club in Hind Heath Road from 5 pm until 8 pm.

Fancy yourself as a singing star? Are you the next Robbie Williams or Phil Collins? The Swan & Chequers has a weekly Karoke night kicking off at 7pm. Just turn up and take part.

Saturday, January 27th

The Military Arms in Congleton Road has the monthly Armed Forces Veterans Club as we revealed in our story here . Breakfasts served from 9.30 am, with the doors opening at 9am. Sandbach Animal Rescue Society has its first coffee morning of the year at Sandbach Town Hall taking place from 9.30 am until 12 noon.

Sandbach United are away to Market Drayton with a 3 pm kick-off - go and support your local team!

Sandbach Rugby Club 's 1st and 2nd XVs are back in action and on the road to Macclesfield Rugby Club but there's a home game to watch - the under 16s are at home in a Cheshire Cup fixture against Vagabonds with a 3 pm kick-off.

Fancy some live music? At The Lion, back by popular demand, 'The Lads From Macc' are on from 9 pm.
