Friday, August 19th

The Just So Festival opens at Rode Hall, Scholar Green today (Friday). It's full of outdoor family entertainment and fun. Check the website https://justsofestival.org.uk/ to find out what's on.

Saturday, August 2Oth 

Gracechurch is running a family fun morning at Sandbach Town Hall. It's a free for all the family and includes crafts, games, Lego, quizzes, Bible story plus refreshments.

At the Potters Barn in Roughwood Lane, Hassall Green there's an introduction to hand-made craft pottery from 10.30 am until 12.30 pm.

Sandbach United Football Club in Hind Heath Road play Foley Meir. Kick-off is 3 pm. 

The Lion pub has live music from Risky Business with songs from the 80's and 90's – the fun starts around 9.30pm.

The Cheshire Cheese in Wheelock has Steve's open mic night from 8.30pm.

 

Sunday, August 21st

Sandbach 10K is on today starting at Sandbach Rugby Club in Bradwall Road. Last year's event took place under some Covid 19 restrictions and organisers are hoping to put on a fully event this year.

The 10k race starts at 10.30 am while the Under 16s 2K starts at 9.30 am. The event includes a family fun day with a BBQ , bouncy castles and much more. Nub News wishes all runners good luck!

At Sandbach Park, Top of the Pack is running a puppy socialisation walk for dogs under 12 months. It takes place from 10 am until 11 am.
