Wheelock bypass closed for a second day for cleaning and essential maintenance

Wheelock bypass from the Wheelock roundabout to the Waitrose roundabout is closed again today (Tuesday) for gulley cleaning and essential maintenance .
A spokesperson from Cheshire East Council said: "The planned closure on Wheelock Bypass is still in place to carry out drainage works."
Diversions are in place and journeys will take longer so motorists are being urged to allow extra time.
