I'm Ali, a personal trainer who helps women in motherhood and midlife reclaim their strength and self-confidence. I'm here to support my clients to build resilience and strength from the inside out. I offer personal training sessions in my home studio in Sandbach, as well as online. My approach goes beyond burning calories—I'm dedicated to helping my clients develop skills, build strength, and feel capable and powerful in their body every day. I have specialist training in pre and postnatal exercise, low back pain, and exercise for chronic conditions. I'm a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach based in Sandbach, Cheshire, UK. I specialise in helping women regain their fitness and strength in pregnancy, motherhood and menopause. My focus is always on posture, balance, stability and mobility so that you can move freely, comfortably and confidently and do the things you want to do to enjoy your life more.
