Credit Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Credit Manager to join a fast-growing, global business. We are looking for someone to manage all aspects of credit risk, accounts receivable and collections for the department.

Responsibilities:

• Set and manage targets for cash collection, DSO and query management.
• Identify and address risks impacting bad debt, proposing changes to reduce risk and improve financial outcomes.
• Build, lead and develop a small credit team.
• Establish priorities and motivate teams to meet bad debt targets and objectives.
• Lead monthly ledger reviews with the finance team, ensuring compliance with credit procedures and bad debt policy.
• Develop a simple credit risk framework to spot and handle potential payment issues and take full responsibility for managing the Accounts Receivable ledgers.

Experience Required:

• Proven B2B Credit Risk Management.
• Excellent communication skills, able to operate at all levels.
• Strong leadership skills with a 'can-do' attitude.
