A cancer survivor and talented artist is hoping to have a brush with success when she holds her legendary cancer support coffee morning this week.

Judith Colclough, wife of Sandbach United Football Club's chairman, Peter, has had breast cancer four times, each time being treated at The Christie.

Each year, she holds a coffee morning for raise cash for Macmillan Cancer Support as we revealed in this story here .

And on Friday (September 22nd) Judith's famous event takes place from 10.30 am until 12.30 pm as revealed in our What's On section here takes place at Sandbach United Football Club's The CrossBar in Hind Heath Road.

Judith usually raises around £1,000 from the event and this year she is selling some of her original art work.

She said: "Come down and have a browse - you never know, you may find some early Christmas gifts!"

Judith's neighbours and friends rally round making delicious cakes for the occasion and this year they will be doing the same.

See you there!
