Thursday, 21 May

Wheelock Congregation Church Hall has its Friday 'Arts and Crafts Club' for adults with additional needs.

They meet at Wheelock Congregational Church hall between 10 am and 12 noon. The cost is £10, which includes all resources and refreshments. Carers are free of charge. All welcome.

Need to get fit and have some fun? Beginners Strictly Dance Fit class starts at Sandbach Cricket Club in Hind Heath Road from 11 am - 12 noon. Background to the classes is detailed here

Like flexing your brain? The Cheshire Cheese in Wheelock which recently reopened with new faces behind the bar has its weekly quiz night. Don't miss it!

Friday, 22 May

It's coffee and company at the Elworth church hall this morning from 9 am until 11.30 am. As well as their usual bacon or egg rolls, there will also be a selection of delicious cakes. All welcome!

Fancy some local shopping? Sandbach Market Hall is open so it's a chance to pick up some bargains!

Saturday, 23 May

Fancy some chilled vibes and taking the family along to an event in Sandbach?

Sandbach's SportsZone's celebrates its first birthday on 23 May and they have a month-long list of celebration offers including free activities, £250 prizes and FREE drinks during the month-long celebrations

The leisure hub, in Moston Rd, Sandbach, features hi-tech sports activities and is a top destination for sports fans and families. There's everything to keep the family occupied as we revealed in this article here

Visitors can take on virtual golf courses, compete in darts or enjoy a game of pool, all within a modern indoor setting as we revealed in this article here

It's the first day of Smallwood Steam and Vintage Rally in Love Lane with an action-packed list of activities. Classic cars, traction engines, lorries and a raft of other vehicles are all part of the event which runs from Saturday (23 May) until Monday (25 May). The event attracts crowds of visitors from far and wide, many camping for the occasion as we revealed here .

Bank Holiday Monday

Are you a plant lover and fancy shopping for some plants to perk up your garden? Rode Hall at Scholar Green near Sandbach has a Specialist Plant Fair run by Flower Power Fairs from 11 am until 4 pm.

There will be a large collection of Northern plant nurseries and accessory stalls. Admission is £6 (includes entry to the gardens). Children £2 (Under 5's free) Tickets can be bought online https://shop.beyonk.com/razf3w7y/experiences/jmrp8rvoor on the gate.
