Friday, February 2nd

Fancy some Italian food? SiSi Italian, which launched recently, see our story here, has its weekly slot at Sandbach Cricket Club in Hind Heath Road from 5 pm until 8 pm.

Saturday, February 3rd

It's the first Rode Hall Farmers Market of the year - the 'Snowdrop Market'. It's on from 9 am until 1.30 pm. There will be a large selection of artisan food and crafts in the barns and the outdoor courtyard plus live music from Dan Toft.

The courtyard kitchen will also be open selling homemade soups, cakes and lunches. The Snowdrop Walk will also be open from 10 am - 4pm. Rode Hall is at Scholar Green.

Sandbach Rugby Club's 1st XV are at home to Stockport Rugby Club with an earlier kick-off time of 2.15 pm at Bradwall Road.

Whisky lovers will be heading for Sandbach for the second Sandbach Whisky Festival. There will be a five metre long 'Hyland Single Malt' whisky bar as well as an auction as we revealed in our story here The event takes place at Sandbach Town Hall from 3pm until 11pm. 

Meanwhile at Sandbach Rugby Club in Bradwall Road there's a fundraising comedy night for Sandbach RUFC under 14's. Tickets are £15 available from all under 14 parents or contact Nadine Stanway at [email protected] or 07888 028348.
