Work on a Sandbach landmark building expected to be finished at end of February

Work to convert a Sandbach landmark building into 12 top-of-the-range rental apartments is nearing completion.

Sandbach Nub News revealed in March here how the 'tired' Lea House in Middlewich Road had been bought by Cheshire-based Premier Living Group.

A massive renovation and revamping project has taken place and the work is expected to be finished by the end of February.

Lea House, once the home of Sandbach Building Society and latterly offices for various businesses, including a solicitors.

They have worked on a number of prestigious projects, including Davenport House in Nantwich and Kean Villa in Crewe.
