Work to convert a Sandbach landmark building into 12 top-of-the-range rental apartments is nearing completion.

Sandbach Nub News revealed in March here how the 'tired' Lea House in Middlewich Road had been bought by Cheshire-based Premier Living Group.

A massive renovation and revamping project has taken place and the work is expected to be finished by the end of February.
