HR Business PartnerSandbach4 Month Contract 33.55 per hour UmbrellaARM have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join a existing team to lead a large scale TUPE transfer.The Role: Provide strategic and day-to-day HR leadership to the business to help drive delivery of the HR Strategy Develop and maintain effective channels of communication, consultation and negotiation between management Analyse, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of people management strategies, in liaison with across the HR service Develop and lead on organisational design and change management programmes, in conjunction with the other teams in the HR Service Lead on escalated and complex casework, investigations and employee relation matters (including Appeals) and provide professional HR advice and support to Senior Managers.Requirements: Must have previous experience in TUPE on a large scale Advanced knowledge of HR policies, procedures and processes Must be computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office.
