Our client, a trusted Which Approved trader with over two decades of industry experience and three bustling customer showrooms, is seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to join their expanding team.

Are you the right person for the job?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the UPVC window and conservatory industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities

What will your role look like?

• Oversee the daily operations of our sales team operating from our 3 high street showroom
• Confirming and issuing daily sales appointments to sales force
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals and targets
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly
• Manage and motivate sales staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
• Prepare reports on branch activities, including sales, expenses, and customer feedback
