The Company

  • My client is a market leading, global manufacturer, selling products to a vast range of B2B customers worldwide. They are looking for an experienced Internal Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and professional team, delivering outstanding sales and customer service to their B2B customer base.

The Role

  • As Internal Sales & Customer Service Advisor, you will act as a brand ambassador and sales & customer service champion.
  • Managing small and medium customers and following up contact with customers who have an enquiry or request, either by phone, email, webchat or post.
  • Developing strong relationships with your existing customer base, managing and growing existing accounts.
  • Identifying new opportunities to promote the company's range of innovative products, selling to a broad range of industries.
  • Consistently exceed customer expectations by delivering a world class sales journey.
  • Being knowledgeable and taking ownership to manage enquiries from investigation to resolution
  • Contribute to a culture of 'right first time' - what you say and what you do matters.
  • Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty by dealing with requests effectively and efficiently.
  • Support colleagues and other departments in line with business requirements

The Candidate

  • To be considered for the role of Internal Sales & Customer Service Advisor, you will be an enthusiastic, highly motivated team player and you will possess:
  • Previous experience as a successful Internal Sales & Customer Service Advisor, working with a B2B customer base.
  • Energy, confidence and excellent communication skills.
  • A commitment to sales, service and customer orientation.
  • Effective IT/ PC skills - experience on CRM systems.
  • The ability to quickly and accurately gain information, produce documentation and supply information.
  • Good numeric skills and capable of multi tasking.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experienced in a B2B sales and customer focused environment.
