Oversee project budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and identifying scope creep. Manage client expectations by providing transparent and timely updates. Drive continuous improvement by gathering post-project feedback and contributing to enhanced project processes. Collaborate with the team on website updates using platforms like WordPress and other CMS tools. Assist in utilising Zoho CRM for enhancing client sales and customer journeys. Handle ongoing support retainer tasks post-project completion, including new work requests and support inquiries.Skills & Experience, the ideal candidate will have: A customer-focused mindset and strong team collaboration skills.
