Saturday, March 30th

Two great events taking place today.

The Swan & Chequers has an Easter market from 9 am until 4 pm in the courtyard with up to 15 stalls from various local artisan traders including distilleries, cakes, bakes and arts and crafts. It's a great chance to buy some Easter goodies, enjoy a coffee and cake or something stronger! Why not grab brekkie or lunch there and then head out to look at the stalls? Here's a story we did earlier in the week - read here

Across the road, Sandbach Town Hall and Market Hall has events running from 11 am until 2 pm. Activities include a giant Easter egg hunt, meet the East Bunny, design an Easter egg and win a hamper to name a few.

It's the Old Hall's monthly charity dog walk. Meet at the Old Hall at 9.30 am for a bacon butty and a brew before setting off at 10 am.

Fancy some football? Sandbach United are playing Barnton at home with a 3 pm kick-off.

Sunday, March 31st

Easter Sunday and don't forget the clocks go forward an hour! Lots of church services taking place all over the town to celebrate the day.

Fancy a Sunday night quiz? The Swan & Chequers in Sandbach has a free quiz every Sunday night starting at 7 pm. Go along and join in - it's a fun night!

Easter Monday, April 1st

It's a local football derby with Sandbach United playing Alsager Town, aka The Bullets, away at Alsager with a 3 pm kick-off.

Have a fantastic weekend!
