We are now taking bookings for our April 2025 beginners Tai Chi Quan and Meditation course.

Places will be reserved on a first come first serve basis, with course payments made in advance to secure your place with us.

Beginners 8 Week Course April 2025.

The next course will start on April 8th every Tuesday for 8 weeks ending upon Tuesday 27th May 2025. 

The beginners course will be from 7:30 to 8:30pm.

Please wear loose clothing for the sessions, and bring a blanket for the first three Meditation sessions.
