New Beginners 8 Week Course September 2024.

We are now accepting bookings for our September Tai Chi and Meditation beginners course.

Class Dates

Tuesday 10th,17th and 24th September.

Tuesday 1st, 8th,15th, 22nd and 29th October.

Classes will be held every Tuesday evening between 7:30 and 8:30pm. Please arrive where possible around 7:15pm as we have to close the doors promptly at 7:30pm to avoid outside interference and interruptions during class times.

Costs are detailed below: -

First session payment/or full course payment required upon registration.

Standard Rate: £7 per class

8 Week Full Course Payment: £52 (discounted for full course payment)

Please then complete the registration form we email to you, return it by email and make either the first class or full course payment.

For certain health conditions our Insurance company requires a Doctors letter confirming you are able to practice Tai Chi, and any required Doctors letters must be provided prior to starting our classes.

Please wear comfortable clothing for our classes, and ideally flat soled shoes where possible. We recommend bringing a blanket with you for the first three Meditation sessions.

Places will be reserved on a first come first serve basis, upon completion of the necessary registration form, class or course payment, and receipt of Doctors letters where required.

Maximum class size 20 students.
